How long does shipping take?

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Email support@altohaus.co with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@altohaus.co with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll resolve it promptly — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Do products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Email support@altohaus.co with your order number and the product in question and we'll point you in the right direction.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
Some orders ship from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages on different days. Your tracking email will reflect each shipment individually.
